    We purchased our Heartland Sundance 278 Jan 2016. We brought it home and used it at the house getting ready for our trip in June. We found a number of issues prior to our planned trip. So we return to See Grins RV. We started going throw our hit lists and immediately advised we could only have 20 items. They had it almost 2 months. We had to tell multiple times we had a trip planed for June. A week before they said it’s not done because they were waiting on Heartland to approve the repairs. We picked it up and they said bring it back after are trip. We retuned from are trip and called to schedule the RV to complete the original items and we now have a much larger list. See Grins service they were booked and the earliest appointment would be Sept 2016 a month and half out. So we dropped it off Sept and tried to pick it up Nov but found more damage caused from the repairs. So it remained another 3 month Feb 28 they said it was done. I had to get and extension from Heartland on the warranty. I have never had such a bad deal. The RV is built poorly and manufacture dose not want to cover the item I am bring up and the RV dealer is a joke and See Grins RV service sucks. So take my advised and do your home work and find a dealer that cares.

    we bought our Landmark 5th wheel from them, but wished I had read other reviews before hand. Terrible service . Great while making the sale, but then after the sale and papers signed it was terrible.
