We had a great buying experience at Lazydays, thanks to Susan Khrysta, Sales Consultant. She was excellent through out the entire buying process with her follow-up, communications, photos and ensuring all questions/issues were addressed. Susan was very knowledgeable of the motorhome we purchased, Tiffin Allegro Red 38QRA. She continues to follow-up long after the contract is signed. The staff, Jimmy Assad and Jan at the Crown Club were also very good with the orientation of our motorhome. If you are looking for a motorhome and want an excellent experience contact Susan Khrystal. She is professional and should be a role model for others.

Most RV dealerships have mixed reviews and that includes Lazydays. In my experience, they are a great facility. Jason Brunner (our sales rep) is extremely knowledgable, no pressure sales person. He first focuses on finding you the right RV vs badgering you about what you own, how much do you owe, etc. He is also an awesome family man. Service – well, you need to know who to get the results you need. Most of the techs are awesome. Wade Hall in the Crown Club service section is the most knowledgeable, friendly, personable person in the shop. Jan Rubel, Crown Club Walk Through is awesome. Precious Murray Crown Club reception is extremely helpful. The quality of the Crown Club Cafe has deteriorated over the past 2 years and is no longer a benefit for members. Charles Wood, a Service Rep is good but is limited by how much he can influence the service techs.

Went to lazy days looking for a class a. Was shown the models we were interested in and eventually narrowed our choice down to one. We were then taken to the crown club to finalize the deal. We waited there for a half hour to be told that the manager was busy on a phone call and had no time for us. Suggested we come back the next day. We ended up buying a dutchstar at another dealer. Another thing that bothered us is that there were so many items broken or missing on the units we looked at.

Bought our A-class from Lazy Days Tampa. The buying experience was smooth and rather easy… but what we have been dealing with in the year since is disgraceful. The service has been a nightmare. We have made 5 trips to LD since we purchased our RV a year ago – most trips were a complete waste of time. I could go on and on – but bottom line is they just dont give a damn about you once they make the sale. If they did, my phone calls and emails would have been answered by now. Its a shame – our sales person (Mike N.) was excellent and spent hours and hours making sure we were happy. Its just too bad that he doesnt have a good support staff and wont be getting us as a return customer. There are other options out there – especially in the Tampa area. I would rather pay a bit more and be treated right than to get a better price only to deal with this.

Had our 5th wheel serviced here with “new” coach factory issues. Scheduling was responsive to emergency issues/ thanks to Dennis. We bought our Class A here. Highly recommend Kurt A. Calls were kept and provided follow up and follow through actions. The minor issues I’ve had, I encounter at other places too- Camping World and General RV to mention two of them. The RV Resort and Store had great folks.

    worst experience EVER!!
Love the coach but the process with Lazy Days was terrible! Told us to plan on 2 days for transfer we were there 6 and left upset with things not working after being treated terribly! Sales person said out of his hands once deal was made – gee thanks! Service department is a joke – ” should have made appt 6 weeks ago” Didn’t even own the coach 6 weeks ago
They say 80 service bays … 1/2 of them closed
Everyone there says “Welcome to Lazy Days” yeah well no thanks
We have told everyone in every place we have been DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY DAYS!

Bought 3 motor homes there. We never had an issue with service or the rigs. But I have talked to several people over the last year that said they have really gone down hill. One people said they spent several weeks getting their rig fixed and they bought a 2 year old very high end coach.

The facility, sales and campground are great! But, their so called Crown Club service department stinks and are incompetent. Bought a used high end coach in April and they, still, do not have the pre delivery issues fixed. Promises that are not kept! To add insult to injury, they are applying these pre delivery issues to our extended warranty. We live almost two hours away from the dealership. We are sick of going back and forth. I wish they would get it right!!!! If this is how they treat Crown Club customers, I feel sorry for regular customers!

Great company! Sales above & beyond. Care that is coordinated by sales is really pretty good. PDI needs much improvement. Did not do the work promised/needed to deliver a clean, refurbished coach. We were there in July…slow period. Many great people doing their jobs & beyond but the follow tru for simple things by management, not very good. Slides still bumpy, anode rod never changed, leather/pleather not cleaned…etc. 2013 had to have over $1,200.00 work for leaky frig plus lots of elbow greese. Happy about the classes, the Route 10 Pub, friendly people! Nothing is perfect!
