Took my fifth-wheel there with a refrigerator code error. Instead of doing a pressure test to determine if the refrigerator was defective – they assumed it was and I gave permission to order a new one and install it. After five months I took the unit home and discovered the error code was still there. They sent a service tech to my location and he said the new refrigerator was also defective so they ordered a second unit and six weeks later I took my RV home and discovered that I still had an error code. Called Dometic and they suggested taking it to another dealer which I did. They determined that the refrigerator was not faulty and most likely the first two were not either as the inverter was faulty. They replaced for $166. Unit has worked fine ever since. Cannot recommend this Camping World facility after spending over $2,000 and six months in shop . Prices are typically 20 to 50% above other service facilities.
